Question:   Can I install a sunroom under an existing roof or to replace an existing screen porch? Answer:   Yes, Carolina Home Remodeling installs under existing roofs, carports, breezeways, and even converts screen porches to sunrooms for everyday enjoyment and relaxation.  However, Carolina Home Remodeling will inspect your existing structure to make certain that it meets the code requirements for such an addition or change.  Carolina Home Remodeling will work to get any needed home owner’s association approval that may be required.

Question:  Can Carolina Home Remodeling help us with our Home Owner’s Association, Historical Society, and Condo Association and help get approval for the project?

Answer:  Yes, Carolina Home Remodeling will work with you on the requirements of your Home Owner’s Association (HOA), Historical Society, and Condo Association.  This means we will collect all contact information from you and we will fill out all required applications and any submittals as required by your HOA, Historical Society, and Condo Association.  We will follow up with your HOA, Historical Society, and Condo Association and keep you informed until the process is complete.  Carolina Home Remodeling will work with you on any additional design details as required by the HOA, Historical Society, and Condo Association.

Question:  How long will it take to install my sunroom, windows, or siding?

	Sunrooms The installation process for the sunroom may involve foundation work, the construction of the room, the formation of the walls, erecting of the roof, the electrical package installation, and finishing work.  The time frame will depend on the size of the sunroom, how much foundation work is required, and any county inspections that are required.
	Windows The installation processes for the windows involves removal of your existing windows, the installation of your new CarolinaPro Windows, and the capping and trim on the outside of your windows.  Depending on the number and size of your windows and the condition of the existing windows and wall structure, it will take approximately 2-3 days to install your new windows.
	Siding The installation process for the CarolinaWall varies depending on the current exterior of your home, the size of your home, shape of your home, and the style of siding and accessories that you choose.  Siding, in general, takes approximately 5-7 days to install.
	Gutters & Gutter Protection The installation process for Gutters & Gutter Protection varies depending on the current exterior of your home, the size of your home, shape of your home, and the style of gutters and the condition of your existing gutters.  In general, takes approximately 1-2 days to install.
	Entry & Storm Doors The installation processes for the Entry & Storm Doors involves removal of your existing door, the installation of your new Entry Door System, and trim work as discussed with your design consultant.    Depending on the number and size of your new Entry Door System and the condition of the opening and wall structure, it will take approximately 1-2 days to install your new Entry Door System.
